What we collect

What you type into our contact form: first and last name, work email, company, your message and any meeting times you share, plus your time zone. Basic usage data, like pages visited, browser type and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule meetings you ask for, follow up about our services, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business: HubSpot, which stores contact form submissions in our CRM; Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs our scheduling agent; Google, which runs our email and calendars; and Anthropic, whose AI model our agents use to read scheduling requests and draft replies. They process data on our behalf and under their own security terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to talk with you about our services, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@weldfield.com. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, and we'll honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above.
